This biodynamic Malvazija is made from vines that are 50 years old with 7 days of maceration without any intervention, after which it was aged 30 months in oak barrels. From Malvazija, a simple indigenous grape - made into a cosy and rustic wine that is expressive of its terroir. A full bodied, rich, smooth wine.
The wines are made in a traditional way with a spontaneous fermentation, natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and long affination on lees, they are not filtered with a very low use of sulphites (below 20mg/l).
