An amazing single vineyard white blend of deep golden yellow color and a bit cloudy. The bouquet is ripe - lot of butter, ripening on yeast, no fruitiness, just ripeness. The dry wine looks slightly sweet, has a medium, almost strong body. The charge in the mouth is plentiful, the texture is softer, and the wine has a nice amount of acidity. Slightly taste the caramel and roast. Harmonious, unique, long-lived wine.
